• Coaches: Name, email, phone number, coaching credentials, availability, and hourly rates
• Students/Parents: Name, email, phone number, student details (name, date of birth, skill level), and lesson preferences
• Scheduling Data: Lesson dates, times, durations, locations, and attendance records
• Payment Information: We do not collect or store your payment information. All payments for Premium plans are processed securely by our third-party payment processor, Stripe. For details, see Stripe’s Privacy Policy.

All information is collected directly from you when you create an account or book lessons through our platform.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used exclusively for the following purposes:

• Facilitating lesson scheduling between coaches and students
• Managing lesson confirmations, cancellations, and waitlists
• Generating invoices and processing payments (with your consent)
• Sending appointment reminders and scheduling notifications
• Providing customer support and account management

We do not use your personal information for marketing, advertising, or any purpose beyond what is necessary to operate our scheduling platform.

3. Data Sharing & Third Parties

The only exceptions are:

• Between connected users: Coaches can see their students' contact information and lesson details, and students/parents can see their coach's contact information – but only for lessons they are directly involved in
• Service providers: We use trusted third-party services for essential functions like email delivery, cloud storage, and payment processing – but these providers are contractually obligated to protect your data and cannot use it for their own purposes
• Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, safety, or property

Your data remains yours, and we will never monetize your personal information.
