About Sk8time
Built by coaches for coaches and families. Turning scheduling chaos into skating clarity.
The Scheduling Problem
As a coach and parent, I experienced firsthand how fragmented scheduling breaks the flow of coaching and learning.
For Parents
- ▸Endless text threads with coaches
- ▸Missed lessons from scheduling confusion
- ▸Manual tracking of payments and credits
- ▸Difficulty coordinating multiple skaters
For Coaches
- ▸Managing multiple rink schedules
- ▸Tracking waitlists manually
- ▸Too much admin, not enough coaching
- ▸Last-minute cancellations chaos
Introducing Sk8time
Sk8time started as a simple system to manage real coaching schedules and evolved into a purpose-built platform for figure skating communities.
Built from real rink experience
Every feature comes from real-world coaching: multiple coaches per skater, ice-time coordination, and family scheduling complexity.
